Yarmouth Harbour - General Directions

Notice is given that the Yarmouth Harbour Commissioners have now published a series of General Directions for consultation.

These General Directions are to be made under the powers granted in The Yarmouth (Isle of Wight) Harbour Revision Order 2011.

Copies of the draft General Directions are available at the Yarmouth Harbour Office from 0900-1630 weekdays, or may be downloaded by clicking here.

Any comment/objection about the draft General Directions is to be made either in writing to the Chief Executive/Harbour Master, Harbour Office, The Quay, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, PO41 0NT, or by e-mail to info@yarmouth-harbour.co.ukto be received no later than Friday 11 November 2011.

The General Directions are the rules for the safe running of the Harbour and will supersede some but not all of the 1973 Byelaws.
