Rallies
There are a few changes to the way we book and accommodate rallies from 2011.
From April 2011 the Harbour has been reconfigured to provide more walk ashore pontoons and facilities. This does mean we have reduced the number of berths available on the green pontoon but we are able to provide more berths with power, water and land access. The new layout of the Harbour means vessels will be rafted up together on the walk ashore; this will help provide the proximity needed to hold a successful rally much like we have done on the green pontoon in previous years.
To encourage you to try the walk ashore facility we have changed the way in which we book rallies. There is no longer the requirement for full payment in advance, just the usual £5.00 per vessel booking administration fee. We are also offering all vessels booking in on the rally a 10% discount on overnight mooring fees.
