Self-service car hire comes to Yarmouth Harbour
Yarmouth Harbour Commissioners (YHC) and Enterprise Car Club are excited to announce the launch of a self-service car hire facility at the harbour for visiting seafarers, local residents, and visitors to the Island.
From today, (Wednesday 18th May 2022), there will be an Enterprise Car Club vehicle conveniently parked directly in front of Yarmouth Harbour Office and ready to book by the hour or day, in advance or on the go.
Tim Adams, Yarmouth Harbour Master said: “We are extremely pleased to be working in partnership with Enterprise Car Club to add car rental to the growing range of services and facilities on offer to visiting seafarers, Islanders, and indeed tourists coming to Yarmouth town.”
Tyler Brunt, Manager at the Newport Branch of Enterprise Rent A Car said: “We are delighted to be providing car hire at a new location on the Island. With our easy-to-use Enterprise Car Club app or website customers can simply book, unlock and go! Now there’s no need to bring your car over on the ferry and by using the Car Club customers can support sustainable travel on the Island.”
