YSC Information
Weekly racing is held for Scows, Optimists, and a Handicap Class. Races take place both in the river and out on the Solent and, weather permitting, the Club runs passage races and picnic trips further afield. If you watch the tides carefully, you can sail up the River Yar on a high tide in a dinghy and moor up to go for a pub meal at the Red Lion.
The Club hosts Scows Week in late July or early August and holds an annual two-day Regatta at the end of August.
